July 16 groundbreaking date set for Office/Warehouse Flex Space complex. The Ak-Chin Industrial Park Board and Ak-Chin Capital Projects have set a date of July 16, 2010 for groundbreaking ceremonies for the new office/warehouse building in Santa Cruz Commerce Center. The final selection of a contractor will be complete in June.
