Hickman’s Family Farms installs “Big Bill” at Santa Cruz Commerce Center. “Big Bill” is the newest member to the Hickman’s team at their Ak-Chin Maricopa Farm in the Commerce Center. This advancement in technology was a welcomed addition by Hickman’s staff who loaded millions of egg cases throughout the years. “Big Bill” can hoist 20 half cases of eggs in 60 seconds.
