Description:
In 2006, initial building improvements to an existing commercial building were performed. Additional building improvements were made by the Ak-Chin Industrial Park Board in 2011 to conform to the new standard of quality established for the Commerce Center.
Renovations included:
- Replacing the roof and all overhead doors
- Updating air-conditioning and evaporative cooling systems
- Refreshing all exterior surfaces
- Installing a stone façade and complementary architectural features
