“Final Four” General Contractors selected to bid for construction of office/warehouse building

Ak-Chin Industrial Park Board and Ak-Chin Capital Projects narrow field of General Contractors competing to construct the new Office/Warehouse Building. The “Final Four” General Contractors have been selected to bid for construction of the 12,000 s.f. office/warehouse building, containing five for-lease suites. The field was narrowed through a Request for Qualifications process involving more than twenty Contractors that were invited to submit their qualifications. The four short-listed Contractors are being invited to submit bids for the construction. Construction is planned to start in June or July of this year, with completion in January of 2011.
